LOWESTOFT, SUFFOLK

HSC Groundworks & Civil Engineering delivered the full groundworks and infrastructure package for a 25 base caravan park in Lowestoft. Our scope included complete services coordination and installation — electric, data, water and foul. The project was completed with an upgraded entrance scheme and hard landscaping to create a finished, operational site.

Reculver, Kent

At Reculver, HSC Groundworks & Civil Engineering delivered a 36-base Residential Park Home scheme with full installation of electric, data, water and foul services. A key focus was the phased creation of a dedicated sales trap and show area, enabling the client to launch marketing and secure off-plan sales well ahead of final completion.
