    Enabling Works, Norfolk

    For a long-term repeat client, HSC Groundworks & Civil Engineering delivered a comprehensive groundworks package including a 1,000m² road and a 2,000m² showground, both fully excavated, stoned, kerbed and surfaced. Our role also covered the management and coordination of the removal of an overhead power network, with 900m of new ducting and a mains substation installation. In addition, we managed and implemented Section 278 Streetworks, constructing a new bellmouth access on to the A12.

    Luxury Lodge Development, Suffolk

    HSC Groundworks & Civil Engineering delivered the full groundworks and infrastructure package for 28 high-end luxury lodges for a repeat client. Our scope included coordinating and installing all services — electric, data, gas, water, foul and surface water — alongside dewatering operations and the installation of a large-scale pumping chamber to future proof further phases to the development. The scheme was completed with landscaping design and implementation, creating a finished environment to match the quality of the lodges.
